GUIDELINES

  1. All items must be original work or handmade of natural materials by you. You may not bring the work of someone else.
  2. Artists should display original work with no more than 50% reproductions.
  3. We cannot accept articles made from kits, products bought and assembled, or crafts made from plastic.
  4. Ceramics made from commercial molds are also disqualified unless they have been hand-painted with original designs, such as in "China-painting".
  5. Exhibit fee is $100.00, no commission of jury fee.
  6. Space is 15' x 15' and is outside. No tables or other supplies are furnished by us. We do supply electricity.
  7. The fair is held twice a year, Mother's Day weekend in May and the second weekend in October.
  8. PHOTOS CANNOT be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage.

We limit the number of exhibitors in each craft. This helps sales and makes a more interesting show. We try to let everyone know as soon as possible whether or not we will have a space for them. Many times we are delayed in knowing whether we can take a certain craftsman or artist, so please be patient with us.

We thought you might like to know who we choose exhibitors. First, all exhibitors in good standing who attended the most recent show are sent applications to the upcoming show. After their deadline passes, then new exhibitors are invited.
